MARRIAGE LICENSE BUREAU AND NECESSARY INFORMATION
All couples getting married in Las Vegas, Nevada must obtain their marriage license, in person, from a Nevada State Marriage License Bureau and pay the fee directly to the State of Nevada. Your wedding minister cannot provide this service for you.

Hours of Operation - 8:00 a.m. to Midnight, seven days a week, including holidays! There are usually no lines and no wait time during late hours. DO NOT GO INTO THE COURTHOUSE - Look for the sign posted, Marriage License Bureau.
Parking - Downtown metered parking is available throughout the area around the Marriage License Bureau. Metered street parking is also available on the streets around the Marriage License Bureau.
Requirements & Instructions:
- The Las Vegas marriage license fee is $102. If paying in cash then it's best to bring exact cash as there are no ATM machines on the premises. If paying with a credit card or bank debit card with Visa/MasterCard logo, you may get charged processing fee.
- Bring the assigned reference number from the online application & valid photo ID, driver's license or passport.
- The couple getting married must be present together to pick up the marriage license
- Your witness(es) need not be present when you pickup the marriage license
IMPORTANT: Be sure to keep the marriage license packet intact. Please do not complete any of the paper-work and do not remove any of the documents from the packet. Remember to bring the Marriage License Packet with you the day of your wedding because you cannot get married without the legal documents.
The wedding minister will complete the marriage certificate on your wedding day and the marriage certificate will record within ten calendar days of your wedding date.
